The panels do not produce damaging UV light, but they are bright. We recommend you do not look directly into the LEDs. It is comfortable to use with your eyes closed, and if the brightness bothers you, wear opaque goggles.
Very little. At direct contact the panel emits about 0.6 milligauss. For reference, a ringing cell phone emits 9 to 15. There are no fans, which keeps the design quiet and helps keep EMF low.
